Ted is a founding member of the firm. He has extensive experience handling all aspects of civil litigation. Ted has tried numerous matters to verdict in the state and federal courts of Connecticut, Maryland and New Jersey. His extensive trial experience includes matters of employment discrimination, sexual harassment, trade secrets and non-competes, wrongful death, personal injury, medical malpractice, liquor liability, corporate dissolutions, partnership disputes, and premises liability.
Ted handles all aspects of employment litigation including discrimination based on sexual orientation, gender, age, disability, religious affiliation, and transgender status. He represents employees and employers with respect to wrongful termination, wage and hour claims, free speech, and other civil rights claims arising out of the employment relationship, as well as civil rights violation by municipal and state agencies, including the police.
A significant portion of Ted’s practice arises from attorney referrals. He accepts referrals of employment, commercial and personal injury matters. Ted also is regularly referred the defense of employees who are accused of violating restrictive covenants after joining a new employer.
Ted has been named a Connecticut Super Lawyer from 2013 to 2016, and is AV Rated Preeminent by Martindale-Hubbell’s peer review ratings. Ted is an active member of the Connecticut Bar Association. He currently serves as a member of the CBA’s Standing Committee on Professional Ethics, the Connecticut Lawyer Advisory Committee, and the Standing Committee on Professionalism and Continuing Legal Education.
He is a 1991 graduate of Gettysburg College and a 1995 graduate of the Columbus School of Law at the Catholic University of America where he was a member of the Law Review. Ted is admitted to the bars of Connecticut, New Jersey, Maryland and the District of Columbia. He is also admitted to practice in the federal courts in Connecticut and Maryland.

Brad is a founding member of the firm. He is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Connecticut and New York. He previously was associated with a large Manhattan law firm where he provided advice and counsel as well as litigation services to Fortune 200 corporations. Thereafter, he joined a regional law firm to concentrate on civil matters to hone his litigation skills. He practices in the areas of personal injury, criminal defense, motor vehicle defense including driving under the influence (DUI) defense, workers compensation, real estate law, business law, contract law, insurance law, land use law, employment law, collections, bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord-tenant law, and the Home Improvement Act.
Brad is a 1993 graduate of the University of Massachusetts at Amherst and a 2001 graduate of Quinnipiac University School of Law. He is also a veteran of the armed forces, having been honorably discharged from the United States Army where he served as an infantryman. He is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, American Bar Association, and New York State Bar Association.
